Overview

iTradeFreight is a leading international logistics application for large to small businesses within the supply chain industry. iTradeFreight is primarily a fare aggregator for competitive spot rates from hundreds of carriers.
I was working as a Lead UX/UI designer. The objective of this project was to redesign the TMS (Transport Management System) module, make it user-friendly, refresh UI and bring an innovative look and make it competitive on the market.

Problem Statement

Transportation managers, who are at the mercy of making decisions after the fact and based on the decisions of others, want a way to easily plan complex logistics in advance but maintain flexibility for the inevitable last-minute changes that they will be given.
